Can anybody give reference about Body Building ?

I am Body Building Beginner. I usually start body building by running upto 30 minutes at 9 km/h of speed. I lost 10Kg of weight in one month and know i am 70Kg before i was 80Kg. I want to know can I use Mega Mass Protein for the body building because i am not that much muscular yet. And i am dieting toooo. Please any body give me reference about this.

Ok so you want to put on muscle or you want to diet. I don’t understand your goal here. First you sound like you want to gain weight yet you say you’re dieting at the end.

Either eat enough calories everyday and workout with a proven routine and gain weight easy as that. focus on eating protein, complex carbs and good fats/veggies at the end of the day.
